This pattern was inspired by a vintage pattern for a pair of baby “knee” socks. We love the garter stitch knee and the accent ribbing that goes up the back of the leg. If you don’t want to knit the foot portion you can simplify the pattern by just knitting a ribbed cuff at the bottom to create a pair of leggings.
