I met an uncle by chance and his wife loved knitting. His wife passed and many yarns left. He kept the yarns until he knew I am a charity knitter. He gave me all the yarns. I used part of the yarn and knitted this scarf to him. Thanks for his support and a memory of his wife.

Cotton Rose is a small tree having white or pink flowers in the morning becoming deep red at night. When I saw the pink flowers, I immediately associated them with the yarn color I had used and hit on an idea of naming the pattern.

朴の木 is Magnolia in Japanese. It blooms from May to June. The flowers are white, with 9 petals and large leaves.

Khloey is my friend’s daughter. I knitted a shawl to her in 2018, which is the first draft of this pattern.

Last Christmas (Year 2018), my knitting friends and I bought a lot of NAKO Angora Luks Color Yarn. My friends made some crochet projects with it. Every project came out with a unique and fabulous effect even with the same color of yarn.

When my friend saw the trial project (Sunny) of this pattern, she said that it looks like the Sky.

Card Tower is my second shawl pattern and so happy that you are going to knit this project. I always think about that how to knit by three colors easily and no need to cut yarn when changing color. Card Tower is only a start. Hope I can have other ideas in the near future.
