Such a fun hat to make, and will definitely make a statement! I use approximately 3 skeins of Vanna’s Choice by Lion Brand (or approximately 400 yds), though other worsted weight yarns will do. You will need an L (I know they are not common, but it is my favorite) and a J hook, and a tapestry needle.

This pattern includes separate instructions for worsted weight yarn like Red Heart or Vanna’s Choice (2 skeins of Vanna), or Super Bulky yarn like Lion Brand’s Thick and Quick (1 skein). N and L hooks are needed for the bulky yarn.

Calls for worsted weight yarn held doubled. Can also be used with chunky yarn.
