I created this dress using Red Heart Super Saver Yarn for the Bodice/Hem/Flower and Lion Brand Pound of Love yarn for the Skirt/headband. The sizing for this dress can be adapted to fit from NB 14.5” chest to 4T 23-24” chest size. I have included lots of photos thru out the pattern for ease of use.
