I was always amused with the seamed stockings, and women asking if the seams were straight. these socks could technically have four seams, and no, none of them end up being straight. In between these seams are some cubist cables, no cable needle required. Knits, purls, yarn overs, and some left and right lifted increases are used.

Easy beginner color work, fingerless mitts, with a little bit of lace to make them elegant. Some people have found that working pattern with size US 2 needles works better, some like US4, I did best with US3, it all depends on your tension, and guage.
