This is an easy pattern to knit. The mitts are knitted flat. You can use any yarn that will get the right tension.

This design features a mothwing shape which drapes beautifully in folds. Like the wing of a moth this scarf is narrow at the neck and flares out into triangular shapes on each side. Mothwing is a great light weight scarf.

Throw a die 3 times to plan each section of your scarf, literally creating your pattern as you go. Your scarf will be different from anyone else’s!
