Ft Flutter Sleeves and high low front and back!

Worked bottom up and decrease on both side to form the toga. Ribbon is separately knitted and added on later as a tiny cute statement piece.

Body is worked in the round and shoulders are worked flat. Sleeves is then later picked up and knitted flat for German short row and joined in the round. Ruffle body will be picked up last and be knitted flat! A fun ruffle crop top to wear out all summer, shades up!

So ruffle top is worked bottom up in the round, sleeves later on picked up!
