Christmas is the time of year for whatever your heart desires! Why must we restrict ourselves to the normal motifs? Why not knit a stocking with personality? Thus this pattern was born! I Love Skulls and crossbones. Also one can only knit so many trees gifts and ornaments into their knits.

For 2023, the Dallas Hand Knitters Guild will be knitting Twiddle Muffs and Twiddle Sleeves for Alzheimer Association. This is my pattern for a base to knit. You can knit this in one color or stripe it or hold two strands together and knit the pattern.

The number of stitches cast on can be adjusted due to looser knitters. This is my first pay pattern. So be kind. All the stitch work is explained and can be looked up on you tube or your favorite video stitch tutorial site. This pattern is for an experienced beginner. Those folks are familiar with lace work and knitting in the round.

I threw together this free recipe of a pattern. You can make it as long as you want. It’s easy it’s quick and if you have this yarn in your stash it will make a great gift.
