This is the BFL version of the Safari Sock. The blend of 25% nylon with 75% superwash Bluefaced Leicester fiber provides all the excellent BFL qualities -- innate sheen to the fiber and strength, and, of course, the rarity factor -- plus the additional strength of nylon many knitters love in their sock yarn. But don’t be limited by that, this yarn would work up wonderfully in shawls hats or any other item you wish to use it on!
