Goat on the Boat is a marvellous hand dyed yarn filled to the brim with goodness! It was created to let out my love for beautiful colors, huge passion for creating and admiration of highest quality yarns. Merino wool blends here with silk, giving it a subtle shine and the softest wool in the world – cashmere (just this word alone sounds cosy!). Goat on the boat is fabulously soft, smooth and delicate – forget any, even the smallest, itching.

Appropriately twisted from 3 threads (3ply), it has a round cross-section and is a bit elastic which makes the finished garment stick to its shape and expose the intricate patterns. It is the first yarn hand-dyed by Chmurka – I want to share with you some of my colorful imagination. I put whole my heart and attention into that process, for each skein to please you as much as possible. What’s more, as every yarn in Chmurka’s store, it is sheep friendly. Rest assured the wool comes only from verified, ecological farms. That’s truly important to me – sheep, that lend us some of their treasure, deserve a joyful grazing, don’t they?
