This yarn just gives and gives and gives. Like Song, this base is enchantingly soft. And the silk offers an added serving of strength and warmth. But the truly noteworthy characteristic of this yarn is its glimmer; Filigree offers a rich luster than seems to toy with light as you turn it over in your hands. This is what inspired its name, as it reminded me of the jewel-like way that the plies dance in the sun’s rays.
