The ribbon is bulky so look at starting at a min of a size 13 needle. But’s is also great for jewelry or kids projects. The cotton is reclaimed from factories that make things like T-shirts and sheets from cotton. So this ribbon has some stretch to it just like your own cotton T-shirt would. The waste is reclaimed and brought to a small family owned mill that works with local area unprivileged women and lets them use the sewing machines that sew up the edges for a fair wage!
