A plump fingering weight, super wash merino which is as local as it gets for me, the wool is grown in New Zealand and spun into this fabulous yarn in Christchurch.  The merino has a good twist and will create a beautiful fabric ideal for baby knits, snuggly shawls and garments.  Gentle machine wash is recommended.
