Keswick 4ply is a base of soft superwash extrafine merino/nylon (same as our Brimham 4ply/DK/aran bases) with viscose neps added for a subtly textured tweedy look.

Machine washable on a gentle/wool cycle, although we always recommend hand washing if possible. Lay flat to dry, out of direct sunlight. Do not spin or tumble dry.

We recommend that you wash dark colours separately or wash a swatch before using dark and light colours together.

As with all hand dyed yarns, I would recommend that you use two skeins at a time, alternating from each one every couple of rows/rounds (unless it’s a one-skein project).
