Staveley 4ply is supremely soft and luxurious with a slight cashmere halo and beautiful shine from the silk. At 16.5 microns ultrafine merino is the finest commercially available merino fibre, so it is incredibly soft but also has a long staple which makes it stronger and reduces pilling. Used on smaller needles this yarn creates a squishy, cosy fabric; and used on larger needles it becomes very light and floaty.

Handwash only, pin out flat to dry

We recommend that you wash dark colours separately or wash a swatch before using dark and light colours together.

As with all hand dyed yarn, I would recommend that you use two skeins at a time, alternating from each one every couple of rows/rounds.
