Our lovely curly “Mohair Bouclé” consists of 75% mohair, 20% wool, 5% nylon and has a yardage of 220 metres/100g.
We use “Mohair Bouclé” for a wide range of projects, from sweaters to hats, mittens, and more. “Mohair Bouclé” can also be used with advantage for edges and stripes where a fine effect is desired.
We recommend knitting needles 5 – 8 mm.
The term “Bouclé” means bow or loop in French, and is the name of a type of yarn that is spun in a special way so that the yarn forms small loops. When you knit with “Mohair Bouclé” you get a fantastically beautiful product with the finest velvety texture.
Please note that the yarn is hand dyed and dyed in small batches, the colors may vary.
