This is one of the newest yarn bases by Herbstblatt Regina - a super soft 100% Merino 4-ply yarn - micron 19.5!! It’s perfect for shawls and other accessoires, for sweaters and cardigans, and also for socks, if you don’t like having the polyamid content in your sock yarn. :-)

It is machine washable on wool wash and cold cycle. But I always recommend hand washing your handknits out of handdyed yarns, for the colors to stay as they are and for having your handknits in the best shape possible.
