Gauge listed on the website indicates this is an aran weight yarn (a heavy worsted) in spite of the yarn’s name.

Herrschner’s carries many of its own yarns. The worsted acrylic is differentiated from the worsted wool as the wool is labeled as “Herrschner’s Worsted Wool” while the acrylic is merely “Herrschner’s Worsted”, though the label shows, “Herrschner’s Worsted Weight.” I have therefore entered “Herrschner’s Worsted Weight” to avoid confusion.
