Lollipop Melange is a soft yarn with fabulous, mixed color transitions that forms beautiful stripes. The yarn is made of 30% wool and 70% HB acrylic which makes it easy to work with and makes your projects nice and warm.

HB is short for High Bulk acrylic which means that air has been blown into the fibers during production. Afterwards, it has been steamed so the fibers contract approximately 20%. This results in a lighter and softer acrylic which feels much better against the skin. This process is often longer than a normal production, but the result is a light, soft and a bit more bulky type of yarn.

Each skein is made up of several color hues which give a unique look and color changes for your projects. The fascinating color changes can be used in countless ways for e.g. sweaters, cardigans, scarves, hats, and a warm and soft poncho. Knit / crochet lengthwise or across and get very different looks. Use it for e.g. blankets and pillows where the soft hues are easy to match with the rest of the home’s style. Lollipop Melange is warm, durable and comfortably scratch free.
