This fine, soft yarn is spun from pure rare-breed Teeswater wool. The Teeswater’s silky fleece produces a luxurious yarn in a natural creamy tone perfect for beautiful organic shawls, baby blankets and woollies.

We keep a small flock of rare-breed Teeswater ewes at Hunting Hall. This tall sheep with a long curly fleece is native to the Teesdale area of County Durham. All our sheep are organic and our yarns are certified by the Soil Association through GOTS, the Global Organic Textile Standard.
