A wonderfully soft, sturdy, and versatile machine washable merino wool in an heavy worsted to aran weight. Amazing for hats and gloves (see the Leafy Mitt and Hat patterns) and for children’s sweaters, as well as just about anything else you can think of. Great stitch definition, shows off cables extraordinarily well.

There are still a few regular sized skeins left, but I have now switched to the 220 gm size - it does fit on a regular ball winder, and allows me to pass on some savings per yard!
