By selecting high grade Merino wool (20.5 microns), we have been able to produce a machine washable yarn that is super soft - definitely worthy of being worn against a baby’s skin. This lightweight version can be used for everything from shawls and accessories to lighter sweaters and colorwork projects. No need to worry about the care your knitting will receive since this yarn can be machine washed and will come out even softer than before!

Note: For best machine wash results, turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water on a delicate cycle. You may want to wash projects made from darker colors by themselves for the first few washes in case the yarn bleeds a bit.
