Welcome to our new range of wool – it’s a Super Chunky British Wool, available in four natural shades and so beautiful to knit with.

Our British Wool comes from two types of sheep – our Natural White is a Blue Faced Leicester yarn, and our three darker shades are Shetland. Each just as tactile, but the BFL has a slightly softer finish. BFL is a little bit more silky with a very slight sheen whereas Shetland is squishy and bouncy. Those descriptions are probably true for the sheep, too!

The wool knits up beautifully giving a natural finish and is so soft to the touch. It also has a really gorgeous evocative smell which is super comforting to knit with and wear.

Each hank is 200g and 130m long. Available in BFL White, Shetland Grey, Shetland Moorit & Shetland Dark Brown.
