Terhenetär is a 2-ply tweed yarn, with Donegal nepps of nylon decorating the characteristic BFL (Blue-Faced Leicester) wool yarn. Terhenetär is a wool-nylon blend, excellent for lace projects and accessories. It is also suitable for weaving. Handwash strongly recommended.

Please note: Despite being a wool-nylon blend, we do not recommend Terhenetär for socks, as the nylon is spun as nepps, not blended into the strands for reinforcement.
