This base yarn is so soft and smooth. Single plied yarns take dye differently than plied yarns leading to gorgeous depth - almost a watercolor look. Single plied yarns also get a beautiful fuzzy halo. This skein would make a lovely hat or scarf. A couple could make a gorgeous child’s sweater. The perfect yarn for extra special gifts. It is such a pleasure to knit up! Although it has been treated to prevent felting (superwash) we recommend hand-washing due to the delicate nature of the single ply yarn.
