The merino wool used to create this yarn is from non-mulesed sheep and is therefore considered cruelty free. The superwash process used for this yarn is the gentler process of removing scales and not the more common practice of plastic coating the yarn. The superwash process is undertaken in the UK.

It is machine washable on a gentle cycle.

The yarn is lightweight and warm to wear.
