The yarn is from sheep that are not mulesed and that are sustainable and ethically farmed.

This is a superwash yarn and can be washed by cool/warm machine wash on gentle cycle however for best results in caring for any garment, hand washing using a mild wool wash is recommended.

The superwash process is undertaken in the UK.
