yarn cakes are our version of tapas!

we create them from mini skeins of our yarns specially selected and layered in an easy to use cake. they are just perfect little bites of yarn for stripes, sock yarn blankies and colorwork.

the cakes are created from any of our fingering weight offerings. these yarns are primarily 19 micron merinos, but they can be blended with cashmere, bamboo or other fibers. exact yarn information is included with each cake.

some cakes contain 8-10 mini skeins of 10g or more per colorway; others contain 18-20 mini skeins with a minimum of 5g per colorway. again, all of this information is on the cake.

the cakes weight between 105g and 125g (and sometimes even a bit more), but they are all priced the same.
