Önling No 16 is a delightfully light, yet rustic tweed yarn, in a lovely mix of lambswool and mohair. You can get this soft yarn in many beautiful colors, and you’ll get a a luxurious, rustic and durable result.

70% finest lambswool, 30% mohair

Sold on cones of 300 m per cone (app 75g).

Suggested needle size: 3,5 - 4,5 mm

Gauge on needle 3,5mm: 28 m = 10 cm.

Gauge on needle 4,5mm: 23 m = 10 cm.

You’ll need approx. 4 cones (300 g) for a sweater in size M.

Önling No. 16 is a fantastic everyday yarn, which can be used for many different knitting projects. It comes in many different colors, some of them melange and some solid. The yarn is luxurious, especially after wash, where the yarn will open up and get even more soft.

NOTE: The yarn can have a tendency to twist a bit, and therefore we do not recommend that you use this yarn for stockinette stitches.

Önling No. 16 is an obvious choice if you likes a rustic look for sweaters, cardigans and shawls.

Washing instructions
The yarn Önling No. 16, is not washed when getting it on the cone. You’ll get the best result if you soak the finished work in luke warm water for approx. 2 hours. Then wash the garment as you would otherwise with washing detergent for wool, either by hand or on a wool program in your washing machine. Dry it by laying it flat.
