Composition: 55% wool and 45% cotton.

Fingering weight: Sport fine

Yardage: Sold on cones, 875 yards (800 meters) pr. cone. 875 yards (800 meters) = app. 115 g.

Recommended needle size: US 3 - 4 (3 - 3,5 mm)

Gauge: 28 sts = 10 cm on needle US size 2.5 (3 mm) / 23 sts = 10 cm on needle US 4 (3,5 mm)

Wonderful everyday yarn
Önling No 12 is our everyday yarn, but that doesn’t mean we’ve skimped on comfort. Once you’ve washed your finished knitwear for the first time, the yarn opens up and becomes even softer and more lovely to wear. We especially recommend No 12 for summer and children’s knitwear and it’s a great alternative to pure wool if you are after a less warm result.

Unwashed yarn on cones:
This yarn is spun on a cone and it is an advantage to use a yarn holder when knitting to prevent it from rolling around.

The yarn has not been pre-washed when you get it and it is recommended that you soak your finished knitted garment in lukewarm water for 10-12 hours for the yarn to open up and become even more soft, delicious and uniform.
