We have been striving for a long time to find a more sustainably produced solution for sock yarn, and we are proud to finally introduce Önling no 18!

The polyester used in the yarn is sourced from recycled PET bottles and is a GRS-certified polyester thread. The wool is mulesing-free and is not superwash treated to protect the environment from the harmful effects of chlorine treatment. This also helps to preserve the natural size and feeling of the yarn.

Last but not least, it’s worth mentioning that the yarn is dyed with OEKO-TEX certified colors – all in all, a great yarn for your next knitting project!

The yarn can be machine washed on wool cycle in cold water.
