Sole is a wonderful blend of fine Pima cotton and fine cashmere, making it an unusual combination of plant and animal fibres not normally found in cotton yarn. The 90 percent Peruvian Pima cotton mixed with 10 percent Mongolian cashmere make Sole beautifully soft. It is a 6 ply yarn with a triple twist, which makes it strong and yet delicate and shiny.

Sole is lovely to work with and has beautiful stitch definition. It works equally well for both textured knitting and plain stockinette stitch, and is also perfect for crocheting.

Sole is an ideal all year round yarn. Perfect for light summer tops as well as warm cardigans and pullovers. It is also an excellent choice for accessories like scarves, shawls and hats. As it is so soft, it is a good alternative for those who find pure wool too scratchy against their sensitive skin.

Mit herkömmlichem Baumwoll-Garn hat diese wunderbare Symbiose von Pflanze und Tier nur wenig gemein! 90 Prozent peruanischer Pima-Baumwolle und 10 Prozent Kaschmirwolle aus der Mongolei machen Sole zu einem besonders weichen Garn. Sole ist sechsfädig und dreifach verzwirnt, das ergibt eine ganz besonders fein anmutende Struktur. Der zart glänzende Faden ist fein und dennoch stabil.

Sole lässt sich sehr angenehm verstricken und hat ein schön gleichmäßiges Maschenbild. Es eignet sich für eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Muster, wirkt aber auch glatt rechts verstrickt sehr schön. Natürlich eignet sich Sole auch hervorragend zum Häkeln.
