It just doesn’t seem right that when a label says “silk”, it doesn’t tell you much. There are so many parts of a cocoon, so many types of silk. In our 50% Silk 50% Wool yarn, the silk is a lustrous spun bombyx silk. The wool is merino. The result is a beautifully soft, lustrous yarn that is warm as toast and looks so luscious.

This lovely yarn is NOT superwash. Please wash it by hand, with love, and it will be beautiful for many years.
