Shropshire Baby
from
solitude wool
This yarn comes from Shropshire sheep raised at Temple Hall Farm in Virginia. They are a hardy English breed and are rare in the U.S. This baby yarn has nylon in it to help with natural wear and tear and makes it washable. Some shrinkage will occur if machine dried. Available in natural white, solids, and hand-paints. Solids come in 2 skein lengths (120 and 240), hand-paints come in large only.
We will be introducing a new very similar yarn soon made with Montadale wool which is softer
