The yarn base is made from a beautifully soft superwash Merino wool. It is a singles yarn, meaning that it is made up of one strand of yarn and is not plied. It has a nice, tight twist that makes the yarn feel solid yet still soft and smooth. It makes gorgeous shawls, hats, and garments. For best results hand wash in cool water with gentle wool wash and lay flat to dry.
