The yarn is 80% superwashed Merino with 20% nylon for strength and durability and has been dyed with acid dyes. All of my yarns have been heat set but there may be some run off with the first wash.

While it is a superwash yarn I do recommend a first gentle hand wash just to be safe.

Australian Merino/Nylon blend Sock 4ply

80% SW MERINO/20% NYLON
112g+ skein, 490y/448m approx. Most skeins are over that.
Gauge: 8st/inch-3.25-4mm needles
Gentle machine or hand wash, dry flat.

All yarns are checked for knots and most have none but a knot may occur. If there are any more than two knots the yarn will be marked so.
