Cashmere has always been considered a luxury as it requires a lot of animals to produce a small amount of fibre. Now we love all wools (obvs) but we also love the planet, so we wanted to do luxury in a more sustainably-minded way. Our GRS certified 100% recycled cashmere is made in Italy, where preloved cashmere garments and production waste are ground down and respun into a sumptuous and stitchable new fibre. And because the cashmere is sorted into colours at the beginning of this process there is no need for dyeing. This is luxury, the Wool and the Gang way.
