Bethany Hendrickson
I’ve been crocheting and knitting for nearly as long as I can remember, and have been designing my own patterns for knit and crochet almost as long as I’ve been doing both.
My design inspiration comes from several places, but most often from a desire to solve a particular need, or common design/fit flaw/problem, as well as letting a yarn tell its story. To learn more about the care with which my patterns are crafted, you can read about them here.
With regard to finished objects, sell your FOs (I don’t request credit for the design), donate them to charity (I don’t care which one, though I am partial to UC Davis Honeybee Research or a local-to-you animal welfare organization if you’re looking for a charity), use them as litterbox mats, whatever.
Happy knitting, and thank you for your interest in my patterns! For more information about them, to participate in a knit-along, or to ask a question, please come visit The Busiest Bee group.
