Ever since my grandmother taught me how to knit and crochet, I have been intrigued by the process of creating beautiful and useful things from fiber and yarn. I love to explore technique, and sometimes develop my own techniques to create the effect I want. I have, over the years, explored techniques in knitting, crochet, beadwork, weaving, spinning, felting, braiding, and tatting.

I am also starting to publish the patterns for some of the items that I have designed. If you see something in my Etsy shop that you would like the pattern for, let me know! My patterns are intended for the purchaser’s private use, not for sale. I hope to include special technique sections in most of my patterns, and this information will be included in the pattern listing.
