Wound a warp using 2898 yards of cotton. (ETA: Weft used was about 1300 yds) The bulk of it was from a HUGE cone of turquoise (what was I thinking?!?!?) cotton. 10/2 I think. I also used up three balls of crochet cotton from the rescued yarn stash for the stripes. I was just trying to figure out how to use this turquoise, but I think the colors came together very well. The weft for most, if not all, will be the turquoise.
The loom is mostly dressed. I have a mistake to fix in the heddle threading, but it is about 20 threads from the end, so it won’t be too painful to rethread that part, if needed.

Yesterday I got the mistake fixed and the loom dressed completely. I started weaving using a waffle weave pattern in the Birds Eye section of the Marguerite Davidson book. These are back on track!
