I have so many notes about the pattern that I think I should make a second one just so I can use them!

I started with the 35. It was seeming to be huge so I went down to the smaller size (30.5 I think). What I didn’t realize (and should have since it is in the schematic) is that this pattern starts out really wide around the hips and decreases dramatically. I am a 34.5 and the 30.5 fits fine, but it could use a little more length and it doesn’t have the ease I thought it would. I think that’s ok since the lace is sort of blocked on my body. LOL!

The pattern is not set up for you to use stitch markers every 12 stitches for each repeat. You have to figure out what to do with your stitch markers based on what you do with your beginning of row marker. Seems obvious, but
This is my Spirit Yarn project. I’m using yarn that was destashed from a weaver’s estate. The 35 seems to be pretty big, but I think the pattern will look good with some positive ease. Looks like it will be a pretty quick knit.
