This seemed to be a very quick knit. Then I got distracted and didn’t pick up for the collar for many weeks. Collar is now almost done--one repeat to go. I cast on for the larger size, but made the smaller size collar. Only because I forgot which size I was making! It spans the right length, but with the smaller number of stitches picked up, so I didn’t re-do it.

It will look so much better once blocked!

Bound off on 9/27! Then realized I was supposed to do two rows of knit after finishing the last pattern repeat. I think I will pick out the bind off and add the two rows. I still have lots of yarn left. And the birthday isn’t until mid October so I have time.
