I used the House Mittens as the main pattern but used the decreases from the Mittens for All pattern as I did not like the squared off look of the others. As I did with the matching scarf to help with the color jog, I lifted the stitch just under the first stitch of the round as I came to it and knit it together with that first stitch and it helped tremendously!
I know one thumb is a little more pointy than the other. I must have decreased faster but knit more rows on one. Ah well, it is not noticeable when on.

When these dry, I have some conductive thread I plan to sew into the pad of the thumbs so my niece can use her touch device without taking them off!
