I loved knitting the cable pattern--it’s pretty addictive! I had thought about making this in gray, but I’m glad I decided on a brighter color. I’m finishing this just in time for it to be too warm to wear it, but I’m already looking forward to breaking this one out next fall.

Mods: As usual, I didn’t follow one size, but rather cobbled together a bunch of sizes and manipulated the stitch numbers to fit my measurements. I did some shaping on the sides to move between sizes for the hip and the bust, and I used vertical dart shaping at the back and the waist/bust to fit my various curves. I also added ~3” of short rows at the bust for a little extra length at the front. I changed the neck line to be a deep scoop neck, which is about 8” deep, and I ended up crocheting a row of slip stitches across the back neck to keep the neck from stretching out too much.
