Cast on size 2 on US2’s. Gauge of stocking stitch on the body was 28x40. I decided to use 4 contrast colors. Only a few rows use all 4, but a fair number have 3 in a row.

At sleeve separation, I knit 49 (back), 65 sleeve, cast on 8, 150 front, 65 sleeve, cast on 8, 49 back to fit my large front and small arms and back. The cropped loose fit didn’t look great on me, so I decided to knit body to 10” from underarm before the hem. Decreased 2 sts on either side every 6 rounds after 7 1/2”. Reduced 2 more stitches to bring my count to 236. Switched from US3’s to US 1.5’s for the hem.

For sleeves, picked up a bunch of extra stitches and reduced to 74 over the next 3 rounds. At about 11 1/2”, 102 rows from underarm, decreased ssk, k2tog every 6 rows until I had 64 stitches. Then decreased 1 more stitch. At 16” switched added leaf and bud chart. I altered the chart so each set of two leaves was 21 stitches and knit 3 pair. After the buds, added 1 stitch and switched to the sleeve hem pattern on smaller needles.
