Cuff down.
Cast on 128 stitches.
1st row: purl all stitches
2nd row: knit all stitches
3rd row: purl all stitches
4th row: k2tog leaving 64 stitches.
K3P1 4 rnds twice, then 9 rnds twice, cont with K3P1 on top of foot but the sole and toe just knit. p1 rnd, k1 rnd, p1 rnd, between ribbing repeats

I wish I had stopped on the k1 round at the toe. Also, I should have cast on 120 sts, and made them a touch narrower.
