I wish I could capture this color. It is like the darkest espresso brown. Not nearly as purple as the picture. I called it black, because it is so dark, but it’s like the darkest brown ever.

Did 13 repeats before the picot edging. 32 days to crochet, around 10 times the rate of people who knew what they were doing. Did not single crochet across the top, though I probably should have. Finished measurements: 43” across and 27” deep.
