Knitting on larger needles to size up, and shortening a little.

I modified this a little bit. I used larger needles and picked up the sts for the neck and bands all in one, rather than doing the neck separately and each band separately. I also left off the button and button hole. I shortened it a bit, so picked up fewer sts around for the bands.
