(My English Review is below the Italian Notes)

Questa è la mia versione privata e diversa
di una bellissima coperta vintage del 1983,
pubblicata su:
Anna Burda spaß an handarbeiten 1983 10.
Ho realizzato la mia coperta esclusivamente
osservando le tre foto disponibili sul WEB,
una delle quali è lo schema grafico.

Ad un primo sguardo alle tre foto,
la coperta è certamente bellissima,
ma la scarna spiegazione e lo schema
non sono sufficienti a riprodurla.

A causa della bassa risoluzione delle vecchie immagini,
e delle lingue nelle quali il modello è stato realizzato,
tedesco e spagnolo, è stato difficile riprodurre
fedelmente il modello leggendone la spiegazione,
che ad una attenta traduzione dallo spagnolo
sembra mancare molto di accuratezza.

Lo schema grafico è l’unica parte
che si comprende universalmente, ma che comunque contiene diverse inesattezze e/o errori di stampa.

Ho comunque usato lo schema come punto di partenza
e le poche informazioni della spiegazione tradotta
per testare ciò che era a mia disposizione e
riproducendo la coperta esattamente come da grafico
ed il risultato, come immaginavo, non mi è piaciuto.
Nel grafico si vedono benissimo gli errori dei quali parlo.

Ho trovato che alcuni passaggi dell’esecuzione originale
non sono piu’ al passo con l’odierna lavorazione all’uncinetto. Alcuni di essi sono addirittura obsoleti
e rendono il risultato finale davvero non bello,
posso dire assolutamente non simmetrico,
cosa gravissima in una coperta composta da medaglioni.

Per esempio, e qui mi spiego meglio,
ci sono gruppi di maglie alte doppie mal distribuite,
che non permettono al lavoro di essere armonioso
e piacevole da vedere se eseguito in tal modo;
oltretutto non viene spiegata l’esecuzione
di alcuni passaggi indispensabili, tra i quali:
l’unione dei pezzi con punti bassi
e l’esecuzione dell’angolo che unisce il quadrato
ai quattro medaglioni. Questo è altrettanto grave.
Il solo schema grafico è inadeguato
a rendere la spiegazione comprensibile a tutti.

Il livello di difficoltà della spiegazione originale
è medio-alto, perchè ci si deve basare solo sulle scarne informazioni date e sullo schema grafico.

Per creare la mia versione della coperta
e scrivere una spiegazione comprensibile
sono stata “costretta” a rimodernare e correggere
tutti i passaggi e gli errori che ho trovato.
La mia spiegazione si differisce dall’originale in piu’ punti, arricchendola, migliorandola
e semplificandone l’esecuzione.
Ho lavorato tutti i passaggi mancanti e/o errati
usando le mie abilità,
fino a raggiungere il risultato estetico migliore.

Ci sono voluti 19 giorni e 133 ore di lavoro full time
perché ho dovuto riscrivere completamente il modello originale che ho trovato incompleto, scarso e sbagliato.
Ho tradotto accuratamente la parte scritta e ho lavorato
il modello originale così com’era,
ho dovuto ricominciare molte volte a causa degli errori del grafico e delle molte parti mancanti nel testo.

Sono rimasta estremamente delusa del risultato,
così alla fine ho cambiato tutto ed ho creato la mia versione, arricchita da dettagli preziosi,
e, a mio parere, molto più bella.
Tutto è diverso, nella mia versione:
le rose, il giro verde,
il centrino d’unione, il quadrato d’unione,
il giro bianco che unisce i medaglioni
e il bellissimo bordo vintage, pieno di pippiolini (picots).
L’esecuzione di tutte queste parti è diversa dall’originale.
Il look è lo stesso,
ma la spiegazione ora è veramente accurata.
Volevo che fosse perfetta,
anche nelle più piccole parti che nessuno vedrà.

Sono stata in grado di rendere questo modello
spudoratamente più facile da lavorare,rendendo il livello
di difficoltà della mia spiegazione adatto a tutti,
anche a chi è alle prime armi con l’uncinetto:
è per questo che il mio pdf ha molte pagine e 104 foto, perchè è un passo-a-passo molto facile!

E poi la mia spiegazione doveva avere un fine logico e comprensibile, non avrebbe senso scrivere
una spiegazione criptata che non tutti possono eseguire.
Questo Capolavoro meritava di essere in ogni Casa.
È un piacere lavorare su di esso. Godetevelo.

Per tutti questi motivi,
dichiaro che la mia versione è diversa dall’originale,
è il risultato del mio lavoro creativo
ed appartiene a me.

THIS IS MY REWIEV ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

Pattern COMPLETELY rebuilt and modified by me,
because of the many errors and omissions in the original explanation and graphic (in spanish and german.)

This is MY most gorgeous pattern.
No words to add to explain it better.
I can only say that MY version of the explanation
is totally different from the original of the 1983,
which I have found incomplete, inaccurate
and wrong (a misprint?).
Despite having tested the original pattern,
I was not satisfied by the result.
So, I made my own version,
enriched with precious details,
and, in my opinion, much more beauty.
Everything is different, in my version:
the roses, the green round,
the round doily, the white square,
the white round that joins the medallions,
and the beautiful border, full of picots.
I declare that this version of the pattern
is the result of my creative work and it belongs to me.

Blanket status
Started:March 4, 2015,
Finished: March 23, 2015.

UPDATE, July 2015:
This pattern has been succesfully tested for its making with every number of yarns and hooks.
The number of photos has been updated at 100 pcs
and the whole US Terms Pattern has been updated
on July 15, 2015.

The PDF Pattern in US Terms has been RELEASED
on April 3, 2015. It is available ONLY on Ravelry.

The Italian version has been released on July 14, 2015
and now is available only via private message.

The blanket of the photo-tutorial was made to be sold.

This is my response to a beautiful and correct comment

of the blanket Vintage Wild Roses,

I have found someone that posted This same photo
on his fb page and tried to “sell” the original german chart
for making my version of the blanket
to who was asking how to get it,
avoiding to add my source.
That’s why I posted this msg on your wall.
Thank you for the beautiful compliment, and Yes,
it took 19 days and 133 hours of work
because I had to completely rewrite the original pattern
that I found incomplete, scant and wrong.
I carefully translating the written part and worked
the pattern as it was, I disbanded it many times
because of the misprints of the chart
and the many missing parts, so I’ve changed all.
The look is the same but the pattern is truly accurate now.
I wanted it to be perfect,
even in the littlest parts that noone will see.
I’ve been able to make this pattern
shamelessly easier to work on,
that’s why my pdf pattern has many pages and 106 photos,
it is a step-to-step suitable to everyone!
It is a pleasure working on it.
