14/8 Tension square made and is correct to the pattern. Started knitting the back during the quiet times on a night shift. Simple pattern which is growing quickly. This I like! Love the colour too which is a gorgeous deep red.

22/8 Front and back complete. It’s the first time that I have knitted with Kid Classic. The yarn is really soft, handles really easily and doesn’t split.

26/8 Both sleeves knitted.

11/2 Finally finished this jumper! It was left in the pile after I had knitted the neck rib as it seemed really big and baggy. Lesson learnt as now it’s been sewn up it looks perfectly in proportion and sits perfectly.

1/6 An update on Erin. It’s the summer now so too warm too be wearing this jumper. However, I wore it loads during the winter and spring. It is wearing really well and has washed perfectly. I have had so many nice comments and know that I will wear it lots again come the autumn. A very successful knit.
